I’m still not sure what even happened to 2021, but here we are. New year, new beginnings, all that good stuff. An exciting time for some, and a bit of a “let down” for others as we box up the decorations and start counting down the days till Spring.

If you are one of the “New Year, New Me” people, then I’m excited for you. I love spending time with people who set “Big Hairy Audacious Goals” in their life. You inspire me to do the same, and being around you gives me great energy. If you ever need support, someone who will listen or some accountability when you don’t feel like “doing the thing”- then feel free to call me. I’m interested and I want to help.

If you are one of the “Change is hard, I’m just going to stay right here where I’m at” people, I want you to know that’s okay too. As I said above- if you ever need some support or someone to talk to- call me. I’m interested and I want to help.

As far as the real estate market is concerned- It’s still happening. My team actually sold more properties in the back half of the year than we did in the front. People are buying and selling homes every day. Buyers are starting to adjust to current rates and are out shopping again. Sellers are (slowly) realizing that their homes probably aren’t going to sell the first weekend and are only going to sell if they are priced correctly. Sellers that continue to list properties $50k over the going rate hoping to land to a California buyer will continue to have some pain as their homes don’t sell.

My personal “Big Hairy Audacious Goal” this year is to sit down with 52 potiential buyers or sellers. I want to show them what The Jamison Durham Group does differently and help them make a decision on what works best for them in 2023. I can’t do this without YOUR help.
