Join Jackalope Brewing Company on Sunday, September 4th for OctoBearfest, Wedgewood-Houston’s First Annual Oktoberfest Celebration!
We’ll be pourin’ steins of Jackalope’s very first Oktoberfest style lager, OctoBearfest! This Marzen is light copper in color and has a wonderful malty, bready aroma. The combination of Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malt steals the show in terms of flavor as they help create a full-bodied yet clean and crisp mouthfeel, accented by the German Tettnang and Perle hops. Inspired by Bearwalker, pure maple syrup is infused during the conditioning phase to give it a light maple sweetness that is noticeable from start to finish. OctoBearfest finishes at 5.6% ABV, perfect for filling up those steins all Oktoberfest season long!
Daddy's Dogs will be slingin’ all your favorite dogs PLUS, they’re bringin’ out their bratwurst for the occasion!
LIVE MUSIC from Five-Time Grammy Nominee LynnMarie & E3

The Ghosts of Gallatin Haunted Tour is back this summer for more chills and thrills on Friday, September 2nd when Southern Ghost Stories series author Allen Sircy will lead guests to a dozen sites around the Gallatin Square. Tales abound of manifestations, murder, mayhem and a mischievous mannequin on the fun and folklore-filled ninety-minute walking tour.
The tour will take place on the first Friday and Saturday of each month and will coincide with the Downtown Friday Nights festivities. Ticket prices are $20 for adults and $12 for children under 12.
Each tour will begin in front of the Sumner County Courthouse at 7 PM.
In addition to telling spooky stories around the square, the Ghosts of Gallatin Haunted Tour will be donating a portion of ticket sales and blocks of tickets to Historic Downtown Gallatin this spring.
“The summer schedule is shaping up to be a lot of fun,” said Sircy. “By partnering up with Downtown Gallatin I’m able to throw in some curveballs as well as a surprise or two that makes each tour fun and unique."
