The Middle Tennessee Highland Games and Celtic Festival celebrates Scottish and Celtic culture, especially that of the Scottish Highlands. Certain aspects of the games are so well-known as to have become emblematic of Scotland and Ireland, such as the bagpipes, the kilt, and the heavy events. The entertainment that fills the air for two full days, gives the event it’s joy and true Celtic ambience. There is entertainment for all age groups, including live Celtic bands, athletic events, bagpipe competition, Scottish artisans, food vendors, and kids activities.

Men over 40 compete in the Masters Class and men under 40 compete in the Men’s Class. There will also be a Women’s Amateur Class and a Women’s Masters Class.
