About the Band:
The Jolly String Quartet has been privileged to grace the stages of The Opry House, Carnegie Hall, The Country Music Hall of Fame, and The Ryman Auditorium. They have entertained in venues as diverse as Nashville’s renowned Puckett’s Restaurant and The Orleans Casino in Las Vegas. These Russian-born siblings who have been performing together since the age of seven are classically trained, vibrant musicians who mix velvet vocals and fiery fiddling with red-hot mandolin and guitar to create a captivating performance far beyond classical to pop, jazz, folk, gospel, and newgrass. From Sinatra to Cash to original compositions, their combination of stunningly skillful musicianship and diversity of styles, along with a compelling story of redemption from the darkness of a Russian orphanage to the musical stage, produces a concert experience that is certain to intrigue and entertain.
