Lisa will be doing an art demonstration and will be here to talk to and answer questions about her artworks. You’ll have the opportunity to purchase her original works or prints of her originals. You can also shop ALL of the Artful Abode while you enjoy soothing music and refreshments!

Come out to the Wilson County fairgrounds made in Tennessee Building. There will be vendors food and more.

Original Sewing & Quilt Expo is three full days of everything: sewing, quilting, machine embroidery, and more! Take classes taught by expert instructors from across the industry, shop with unique Vendors, explore dazzling quilt exhibits, and see live presentations and trunk shows on stage. Plus, full-day workshops are available on the Wednesday before the opening of the Expo, so make a retreat week of it.
Original Sewing & Quilt Expo comes once-a-year to bring inspiration, motivation, education, shopping, and personal satisfaction to those passionate about sewing, quiltmaking, embroidery, embellishment, and related needle arts. You’ll have the opportunity to spend time with others who share your interests, get instruction from experts in the field, learn new techniques, discover unique products, get inspired by project ideas, make friends, and more! The Expo will expand and reinvigorate your love for the creation of beautiful and practical pieces through the sewing arts.

The Gallatin City Cemetery is home to old-fashioned tombstones and towering memorials that date back to 1814.
Many of Sumner County’s most fascinating characters are buried in that cemetery.
At the Candlelight Cemetery Tour, you will hear some of their life stories as you follow the candlelit path through the cemetery.
New this year: The 27th annual Cemetery Tour will have a theme: This year's characters all have a history connected to art!
Tours begin at 5 p.m.; a new tour starts every five minutes. Tickets will be sold for specific start times. This is a rain or shine event.

This is a new event that is free and open to the public for fans of a beloved book series about a certain boy wizard and his adventures. On October 7-8, festival goers will get the opportunity to walk our Puddin’ Path, where they can sample 9-10 different banana pudding recipes—from classic banana pudding to banana pudding with delectable fixin’s. Watch the National Banana Pudding Cook-Off on Saturday, where we’ll crown “The Nation’s Best Banana Pudding Recipe.”
